CNLP uses the WHY.os discovery as the foundation of our assessments, helping your team members find their core drives or motivations. Identifying this “superpower” elevates your work life and personal life and gives a clear focus for working with your CNLP coach.
Step 2: Shift
Now communication greatly improves, decision making is easier, and obstacles are overcome. We help your team members shift their thoughts, even long-held unconscious beliefs. Productivity rises, and everyone’s stress and anxiety are lessened or disappear.
Step 3: Measure
We help you track and measure your team’s success, based on tools and strategies from the Discover and Shift stages. You become aware of when your team gets off track, and we help you set and meet new goals by moving again through Discover, Shift and Measure.
